Not only did this place not fix my car, broke other things on my car, and then try to charge me $300 more than their estimated price on top of ruining other parts of my car that shouldnt have even been involved. I brought my car into them on a thursday they ordered the wrong parts, when had to call them to find out when they are would be done, they then informed us they didnt have the right parts, after the right parts came in again they had to order more parts bc they never took it apart to diagnose the problem, and again did not contact us we had to contact them. Did not get my car back for 4 days when it should have been an easy fix if they knew what they were doing. I then got my car back and the car sounded 1000 times worse then when I brought it there. Had to bring my car to another shop who had to undue and fix what they had done. Another 4 hours of labor had to fix parts on my car that were punctured through bc of the service that Olsons auto did. Granted this shop has a certified auto repair warranty, but if you dont know what your doing in the first place dont work on peoples vehicles as your lab rats. Go back to school and do it right the first time.
Olson Automotive is not closed nor has it ever been. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT GOOGLE with no help on how to correct this.
